GOALS

To strengthen the relationship between law enforcement and people of color.

To stop people of color from dying at the hands of law enforcement officers.

To create law enforcement agencies that represent the communities they serve.

Extensive training around issues of individual, group and institutional racism.
OBJECTIVES

To identify the perceptions that people of color have of law enforcement and identify the perceptions that law enforcement have of people of color.

How can people of color leave an encounter with law enforcement with no loss of life?

How to determine in the interview process if law enforcement officers are racially bias?

Establish a mandatory comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion training for all law enforcement agencies, focusing on racism, implicit bias, and white privilege.
